Staff that I have come in contact with from the day shift are careless and don't engage with the consumers. When I was there, I engaged with all the consumers who wanted attention. Consumers want time positively spent with staff. They have violated the consumer's rights and told them what to do. On 1st day of my shift, I had to report a rights violation with a staff member. The staff tells many consumers No. They hide food, which is also a rights violation. 3rd shift, many staff sleep while others bring their TV and games and play all night. No cleaning is done by staff except when dinner is done. I was let go because I challenged staff and questioned many about their behavior. I was let go because I didn't fit into their click group. The new manager is nice and wants to clean the house and get new staff. The old manager is just too close to the staff. You're never supposed to be friends with your staff because then its unprofessional.

The worst experience ever! The only one that should be working there is the Manger as she's actually nice and compassionate all of the staff is rude and almost unbearable to the residents there! They all cuss they all have attitudes! I suggest you DO NOT put your brother, sister, mom or dad, or grandparents into this home!
