Bear Creek Memory Care LLC

No where is ever going to be perfect but this lovely care center is as close as you can get. The staff treat my loved one like family. She frequently tells me how much she loves them 🥰 she also loves the meals they make for her. I also worked with the director of the home Sabrina to make sure I could decorate and customize my loved ones room to bring her joy while she is there and they have been so lovely and accommodating (I need to buy stock in command strips 🤣). I visit so often that the residents think I work there…and when I tell you I see a lot there, I do…and all I ever see is staff who care for each resident like they are family and a group of workers that go the extra mile for their comfort and safety. Sabrina, Felicia, Ivan, Mark, Shawnee and SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE on this care team are literally angels on earth doing Gods work. ❤️

I had a relative in this facility and there was a med-tech there named stephanie who was so good to her, and made her stay actually enjoyable! I recently found out that she is not working there anymore because I was going to have flowers delivered to her for being so kind to my grandma! and it's so disappointing because she was so good to her and she made her stay enjoyable! Thank you Stephanie for everything you did!!!

My mom has been a resident at Bear Creek for 7mos now and I am so thankful to have her here! The administration staff went above and beyond to help me get her transferred and admitted from another facility that wasn't performing appropriately or professionally. The staff at Bear Creek are always incredibly friendly and caring of their residents and their families.... all the way to the kitchen staff. The nurses, med-techs and her provider, that travels to BC and works with their residents, goes above and beyond. They have collaborated with me to ensure that she is receiving all the care she needs from medication assessment, to various therapies and even a specific wheelchair that is more comfortable for her. They have various providers that come to care for the residents, such as a podiatrist and hygienist. I could really go on and on about how pleased I am to have my mom being safely cared for at Bear Creek. They have, literally, improved her (and my) quality of life more than I thought possible!

Great place! Friendly staff that treat residents like family. I'm super impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The communication they provide to family is outstanding. This is their passion and they care - you can see that right when you walk into the door.

Beautiful facility with lots of big scenic murals of the great NW. Welcoming friendly Care Staff. Definitely recommend!!
