BEATRICE SENIOR CARE

My papa is living with dementia, has received the most compassionate and best care here. The staff treat him with patience, respect, and genuine kindness every single day & it’s hard for us to do at our home for him. They take the time to really understand what makes him different from others, keep him safe, and make sure he feels comfortable. The environment is warm, clean, and welcoming & he lovvvvvvvvves the food, and we always know he is in good hands. If I ever have questions I can call Beatris she always answers! As a nurse myself we were hesitant to place him but we are truly grateful for the level of care he receives, definitely gives us peace of mind knowing he is supported and cared for with such love 💕

We were very dissatisfied with the care Beatrice and her staff provided to my mother. There were numerous caregiver changes during the short period of 7 months she was there. She was under doctor’s orders to have a low sodium diet and her foods chopped into small bites. These orders were often not honored. There were occasions when she was given cereal or top ramen for dinner. One of the caregivers once made a pot of soup, which was given to her for dinner for the next 3 days. Her clothing was often soiled with food and at times, her room smelled of urine. The ceiling fan in her room had a thick coat of dust and since she was kept in bed, she was breathing this dust all day and night. These were just a few examples of the lack of care that was provided. The owner, Beatrice, was seldom there and she relied on her untrained staff (sometimes only one caregiver) to care for the residents. There was an immediate opening at another reputable residential care home and we moved my mother there immediately. We felt she was unsafe and unattended to. On the day of the move, the temperature in the home was 81. We had to get a wet paper towel to put on her head while we moved her things out. The caregiver was on her phone most of the time.

Beatrice Senior care is staffed with caring competent and compassionate staff. They make the patient feel comfortable and at home. It is a safe, clean and stylish home as well. Home cooked nutrient dense meals are prepared 3 times daily and everyone eats together. My mother was a resident in Beatrice’s home and she really enjoyed being there before the Lord called her home. She was cared for with dignity, bathed, dressed, styled daily. She was checked in every hour all night long- as the caregivers live on site, in the home. Close monitoring is a priority for them. I could not have chosen a better residential care home for my mother for her last weeks on earth. I am eternally grateful to the staff and Beatrice for their personal, loving care. Suzette Bole

First off, the boarding care is absolutely beautiful , clean and very well laid out. Secondly the food is AMAZING! Thirdly the staff is very friendly and helpful and professional. Thumbs up.❤️

The staff is kind and attentive, the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the staff are accommodating of dietary needs. I recommend this senior care home for anyone in need of high-quality care and a supportive environment.
