BEAVER DAM ASSISTED LIVING LLC

My mother-in-law was able to stay at CH for over a year until health issues caused admission to a facility with the level of care she needed. It's a beautiful facility and so many caring staff and residents who really looked out for her. I would highly recommend having a loved one live there. If I ever need assisted living, I would choose Charleston House!

The Charleston House in Beaver Dam, WI is really great. My sister has lived there for 2 years and she loves it. The staff is wonderful and caring with her and they have so many activities that my sister loves to participate in. She is hardly in her room. I highly recommend this facility. I can feel at ease that she is being taken care of. 5 star for sure!

My mom moved into Charleston House in June. She absolutely loves it. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, right from.the very first minute she moved in. It felt like home right away. She is so active and social, she never dreamed she would have so many fun times! The food is amazing, the activities are super fun, and the care she gets is so awesome. She is safe and happy and that is amazing!

The Charleston House staff truly excelled, bringing immense joy with a fantastic car show for residents! The excitement and smiles were heartwarming. Cool Mode Ice Cream Truck appreciated the invite to to aa wonderful experience and add to the perfect sweet touch. It's clear they go above and beyond, crafting unforgettable moments and showering residents with thoughtful care. Thank you for such a wonderful day! A Day of Delight!

This place took great care of my grandparents for years! And are now caring for my mother in-laws mother. It’s amazing to see how much the facilities and activities have transformed now! It has always been considered a prestige care facility, but is now at a whole new level. Today we went to the car show they held there with our 3 year old son, alongside his great grandmother. They ate ice cream, enjoyed live music, and marveled at the cars - all the smiles were unreal! ❤️ 10/10
