GARDEN RIDGE PLACE

First this location is under new ownership as of March 2025. We toured the facility at the end of March. The new owner has smaller residential homes and is known for superior caring caregivers. We moved my mom in at the end of March and had our own room. We furnished our room and Rusinder was very helpful with the process. While moving in we got to see new flooring going in, painting and decorations being updated. The owner checks in on my mom daily. She cares about each of her residents. When my mom needed to go the hospital I was immediately notified and she kept in touch asking how she was doing. I am thankful that Margo Brooks senior care living coordinator found us the perfect place for my mom.

As our loved ones age and we can no longer care for them, it's reassuring to know that there is a place where they will be cared for with love, dignity and respect. AvilaCare is a small community that is able to provide personal care along with specialized needs. AvilaCare provides may opportunities for the residents to socialize, always encouraging participation to keep them engaged. AvilaCare is clean, organized, and has an attentive staff that is always available. My mom has been here for over 6 years, and has always been well cared for and happy. I highly recommend AvilaCare!

AvilaCare is a place that welcomes you in; the residents are happy and so loving towards all that comes in; the staff are friendly, kind and always willing to lend a helping hand in anyway possible. It’s a family facility everyone is family and everyone cares about each other and the residents from the chef to maintenance. There is nothing but love and compassion. The owner works just as hard as the staff in ensuring that his residents are well taken care of!!

A BLESSING TO OUR MOTHER AND OUR FAMILY For the past six months, our mother has been a resident at Beehive. Having considered many options to help our mother, we chose Beehive, and we are delighted with our decision. A family-run organization, Beehive manages the home in a caring and nurturing environment. Cleanliness is consistently superb, the home-cooked meals are outstanding, and residents are encouraged to come out of the rooms each day for activities that are tailored to their interests and capabilities. The staff is nurturing – they treat our mother as their own with lovingkindness and attention in each moment of the day. The owners, Chip and Lisa are fully engaged at the home as owner/managers, and they make themselves part of the caregiving team. From the chefs in the kitchen to the activities director to the management of the medications, the entire staff treats the home residents as family. House manager and nurse, Jackie, is an attentive, helpful and gracious leader. We could not be happier with our decision and our mother is receiving excellent assisted living care. Beehive: highly recommended without reservation – a wonderful, assisted living facility in a nurturing environment.

My mother, Joan, spent the last year or so of her life at the Beehive, thanks to my sister who lives locally and heard about the Beehive through a friend at church. I attended a Christmas celebration there and met the owners and staff, who as others have reported in their reviews, are the most caring people you could meet. I loved the layout of the facility, too, with the kitchen as a central focal point, and the nearby sitting area with a fireplace. It feels like home in many respects.
