My mother has been at BAAL for a number of years. Danielle and the staff have been wonderful to her. The food is always good and the entire staff has been very attentive. Having visited several other facilities, this place is a notch above.

I love everything about this home (and it is home). I am always greeted with a smile, and everyone has been unbelievably kind. I have seen genuine respect, patience, gentleness and care from all the staff not only towards my mother but towards all of the residents. I am at complete peace knowing that someone is caring for my mother the same way I would.

Danielle and all the staff at Bel Air Assisted Living and wonderful. They have made my father in law feel comfortable and welcomed. They are taking excellent care of Him. They take excellent care of us as well. They are always kind, thoughtful, and welcoming.

my almost 92 year old mom has been at BAAL for more than a year after experiencing a stroke and no longer being able to live on her own. The staff is wonderful to deal with and I like that everyone gets to know each other because it only has 16 residents. It feels like family.

I highly recommend the Bel Air Assisted Living facility. My wife has been there for 3 ½ years and the care she receives is extraordinary. I visit my wife every day and feed her lunch and I have witnessed the care that the patients received. I got to know the patients, the staff, the management and some of the relatives that come to visit their loved ones. I have seen how the staff interacts with the patients, how they sit and talk with them like they are best friends and how they kid around with them. This creates a wonderful atmosphere. I have seen things that would really upset most people, but the staff just handles it in stride and if it bothers them, they don’t show it. It’s not just a few of the staff that are good, it’s all of them. I would never consider putting my wife anywhere else. Hat’s off to Bel Air Assisted Living.
