Summit Assisted Living of Orem LLC

Our father-in-law was on hospice care at Summit Assisted Living. He was cared for with compassion. The price was more reasonable than other hospice options we explored. It is a small facility and we soon came to know all of the staff. They were collaborative in their efforts with the hospice nurses that came in as well as our family. I appreciated the updates when we reached out to see how the night had gone before we got there to visit. He liked much of the food including favorites like lasagna and salmon. It had a family feel to it. I appreciated that they made an effort to get to know him and show that they cared. The first night he was there, the owners came into his room and watched a show with him. We are appreciative of their care and help with our loved one.

This is a wonderful place to live! The staff is fantastic; they are professional and personable and they really care and are concerned about your wellbeing all the time. The owners are always available and they want there to be a family-like feeling among the residents and staff, which is really the case. I feel respected and wanted and even loved here. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a place for a loved one to come see Summit assisted living facility. It's a great place to live!

We needed a place for my father in law to go. Gentry was responsive to our calls and very friendly. We were able to get a tour quickly. The place looks brand new inside. Grounds outside are clean and well taken care of. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. The food looks and smells good when we are there around meal time. They really do treat us like family. There’s no corporate vibe at all and you can tell that they are passionate about what they do. The price is very fair and we are so glad we found this place. They have been very helpful in navigating the Medicare world and helping get the care that he needs.

My first impression of Summit Assisted Living was that it was different than other centers I had visited; it felt like a home. It is always a difficult decision to outsource care for your loved one, but I can honestly say that my mom has grown physically, mentally, and emotionally since her move to Summit. Everyone who works there treats my mom like she is part of a family, and she has received extraordinary care. Everyone that visits my mom reports back to me that they love her new home and that she is doing so well there. I highly recommend Summit Assisted Living. You will find peace in knowing that your loved one is receiving high quality care each and every day.
