I recently met with Kim for a consultation regarding the services and costs. The facilities were very nice. Kim really knows her stuff and is a great help in explaining all the different service levels.

We are incredibly grateful to Kim Goelzhauser and the entire team at Bell Oaks for the care and compassion they showed our mom during her short stay. From the moment we reached out, Kim went above and beyond to get our mom placed on such short notice (from rehab) showing not just professionalism but genuine kindness during a very emotional time for our family. Even though her time there was brief, the care she received was comforting and respectful. When hospice became involved, the staff continued to support us with warmth and empathy, helping to ensure her final days were peaceful and dignified. After her passing, we continued to feel supported, and it was clear that the staff truly cared. We are so thankful for everything Kim and the team did for our family — their compassion made all the difference during an incredibly difficult time.

Finding a place for my father to live and get assistance was one of the hardest things to decide/do after my mother passed. Lots of research, calls, and visits to area assisted living facilities led me to Bell Oaks. Upon my initial call with Kim, I felt a sense of relief...she understood what we were going through, spoke confidently in their ability to assist my dad as needed, etc. We visited the facility and my dad was set ...this is where he wanted to be. I like how Kim spoke to Dad, asking HIM questions, talked WITH him not at him, and helped him keep his dignity and pride. Bell Oaks provides a calendar each month to the residents with many events for them daily....from Bible study, chair exercises, birthday celebrations, games like jeopardy -Yahtzee - bunko, sing alongs, my favorite -pet visits and much more. Some things he enjoys....some be doesn't....but there's things for everyone. They also have resident meetings to get their input on activities, meals, etc The nurses and aids/assistants have been great and always help when needed. The cook and dining team also are fantastic. The onsite physical and occupational therapy team are fantastic and have been able to work with Dad to improve his strength, etc. they even did all the work with the insurance company for us! My favorite part ... My dad has a new set of buddies that he looks forward to having meals and chats with every day. After two weeks of him being there we were able to breathe and say....i think we made the right decision. Can't thank them enough...❤️

Kim with Bell Oaks hosts a lunch and Bingo for the residents at Park Place once a month. She is friendly and caring and we enjoy having her visit us. When I need Assisted Living, I will be checking into Bell Oaks with Kim's help!
