Today I found an elderly woman outside very confused no shoes on, trying to get back in building. After stopping my car and pulling over to see if I could help. I wonder around building knocked as loud as I could, with no answer no sight of any employees. I then asked the woman to stay put, considering there is heavy traffic up and down this road all day, and a river right next to her location. I then went all the way up the hill to try and locate someone who worked in the facility, finding only one man, who was not professional looking not sure if he worked there, but asked him anyway so you work here, which he causally answered yes, I then remarked can you get someone to attend the patient who has been wondering around and lock out down below. He very unbothered said where is she, and told me this happens all the time. Which I think is very concerning. I walked the man down to the woman, in which he them left 3 other patients unattended outside in the front of the building. After explaining to him I think it's unacceptable to have someone be locked out for over 15-20 with no shoes, he radio a another associate. Which is very anger at me, we then go back and forth about the care of the woman. To which I was threatened with the cops. I think this place should be ashamed of its neglect and lack of care, all the patients looked unkept and when I walked inside you could many patients were not receiving attention. No apology that they could have done better or thank you for stopping to get help. Instead I was threatened. I hope your loved ones are not at the facility. The one nurse said she has over 40 patients to tend. So that would be the entire facility.

Fathers complained about missed meals and poor treatment! Brought his wallet to the facility during pandemic and magically his social security pay card went missing from the door to him! I packed it in with his insurance cards so it wouldn’t be lost and all his insurance cards were in his wallet but pay card was not so it was removed from the door to his room! His daughter called a month ago and no one will call back to talk to her and i was put on hold today and hung up on before i could speak to someone then hung up on 3 times after finally fourth time i got administration voicemail but still no call back and wont answer!
