Bella Rose Assisted Living Facility has been a true blessing for our family. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and happiness. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a home-like atmosphere that brings peace of mind. My loved one receives personalized care, engaging activities, and quality meals every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and loving home for their family member.

I would not recommend this facility. I was misinformed when placing my dad in this home. I was told that they could care for someone full needs and once we sent him here he was left in bed literally the entirety of his 29 days there. I had to remove him and he ended up with two stage one bedsores and one stage two. When exiting the building and removing him due to negligence the young lady followed us on the interstate until I had to tell her I would call the authorities. They also did some shady things medical wise that could've warranted a law suit. Please if you care for your loved ones choose a different facility!

The owner Yasleidy is a real class act! This woman did things with my mother without consulting with family, she took it upon herself to change my mother's insurance without my knowledge and or permission. My mother has fallen numerous times and they don't even call to inform me. This place is terrible I don't recommend at all!

If you are looking for a place with professional knowledgeable management, caring employees, extremely clean and a family ambiance for you love one, then this it. I had my mother here for six months, and could not be more grateful for the care she received. Wonderful place..
