Bella Vita of Hartland

Small place with a good ratio of caretakers to residents. There are a lot of activities for residents to do inside. The staff is very nice, and they were kind and caring when my father was getting end-of-life care. Worked well with the hospice staff.

This place is by far the best assisted living facility there is! My loved one was there about a couple years ago maybe a little longer. She absolutely loved it there. I recommend this place still to anybody that needs help with a loved one, that this is the place to go. I remember my mom just absolutely loved this gentleman his name was Brandon, not sure if he still works there but I remember him just being the absolutely best to my mother. She absolutely adored that young man. He was always so nice when me and my family would visit my mom. He was always the hardest worker, and would always greet you with a smile, and always asking if you need anything or that he could help you with. I hope everyone is doing good from the top to the bottom. This place truly is wonderful

The food needs to be better and there's not enough activity to keep the residents engaged. A lot of the residents stay in their apartment after their meals.

The Wellness Coordinator is wonderful. You can contact her and the director at anytime via text. They WILL get back to you ASAP, just like they say. Great communication which is so so so important with these places.

Had a great time at the Halloween party. My husband enjoyed it very much and so did I. The food they had on the tables was good and it was a very enjoyable evening. Thanks to all of the staff for the great care they always provide.
