THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY . DONT TRUST ANY OF THE 3rd PARTY AGENCIES THEY USE. ITS ALL A MONEY SCEME. THEY RECEIVE A QUICKBACK FOR EVERY REFERRAL. ITS TIME CORPORATE STEPS IN & FIXES WHAT WAS ONCE A GOOD FACILITY BEFORE HURRICANE KOURTNIE WAS HIRED.

A wonderful place. They really take great care of their residents.It brings us peace of mind knowing that we can still go on with life/vacations and everything will be fine . Kortnie and Adriana are wonderful.

I highly recommend Expressions at Prestige Lancaster for a loved one who requires special care due to Deanna and her team as they have cared for my loved one for almost 2 years. Deanna is always ready to communicate and serve the needs of my love one. Deanna is very approachable, respectful and she says what she means and means what she says!!!! Deanna's open communication and her dependability along with the support of the other faithful people at Expressions, gives me tremendous peace of mind.

I agree with Josiah Belcher. Whatever Prestige once had is gone. I’d say mostly to do with their staffing. Whatever staff they do manage to maintain they run ragged. Too bad. There could be a long waiting list for this place but the bottom line appears to be your money and how can they make one (or two) staffer run the whole place work. It does not work and the residents suffer. I agree, so disrespectful.
