Cindy hosted a great tour today if this terrific community. I was especially impressed with her description, empathy and passion for those afflicted with cognitive decline. Thank you for what you do Cindy.

Bellara provides a bright, clean, and good living area per person. We were looking for a place for my Mom and chose Bellara after comparing with a few others. During the process, Dominic Ong has been very helpful not only during the sales period. After my Mom moved in, he had been quite responsive to our needs. He has also been sensitive to our initial fit-in difficulties and had been quite accommodating to our needs. This made my Mom’s settling in process quite easy. All the staff has also been very nice and patient. We are happy that we chose Bellara for my Mom!

Bellara Senior Living is an exceptional facility. It is well designed and beautiful. The dinning services are really good. The entire staff is first rate. We really appreciate the care team and med techs that do all they can to make Bellara a great place for its residence. We really appreciate how committed and caring the staff is. I’ve been touring several places with my 83-year-old mom, but none of them compared to Bellara. Their one- and two-bedroom units feature a full kitchen—oven, range, and full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. This is not common in most senior facilities. Studio apartments do not have an oven, but they have a full range and a mini dishwasher. ALL units have an in-room stackable washer/dryer, also not common in most senior facilities. The halls are bright and cheery, the staff are friendly, and the residents that I spoke to seemed genuinely content. My mom and I got to sample the food prepared by Chef Tesssa, and it was delicious. I’ve eaten a few of these meals at other facilities, and they didn’t compare. But this review is primarily about Dominic Ong, who took his time touring us on two consecutive weekends, and was very patient as my mom and I deliberated over this important life decision. Dominic answered all our questions and made it so easy for us. He is my kind of salesman: low-pressure, patient, and empathetic. My mom reserved a one-bedroom unit today, and I could see how giddy she was. Up until now, she has been skeptical about senior facilities. But Dominic closed the deal with her in such a gentle and seamless way. And I am so happy that my Mom will get to spend her later years in a facility as beautiful as Bellara. I am actually jealous! I should be so lucky to live there.

My mom has been at Bellara Senior Living for just about three months now, and our experience has been excellent. Dominic, the Sales and Marketing Director, was incredibly professional throughout the entire sales process. We never felt pressured — he was clear, honest, and always available whenever we had questions. The staff has shown genuine care for my mom, which has made the transition so much easier for our family. The facility itself is beautiful — new, very clean, and it truly feels more like a luxury hotel than a traditional senior living facility. We’re extremely pleased with the level of care and environment here, and we highly recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and high-quality place for their loved ones.
