Shiny bells and whistles but poor care and very very very poor communication. This company ended up costing me 26k in unnecessary medical bills due to their negligence. This is nothing short of a cash grab for the owner, whose own family is there and receives special meals and attention over the other residents. When confronted the owner only made threats to remove my father if he wasn't happy. They kicked my father out for getting a urinary tract infection that caused temporary psychosis, all a root from their inability to take care of his catheter! Then it took four months to get a termination letter 😂 is that the kind of company you want taking care of our elders? They had weeks without his sanitary care! I had an employee even call me once and tell me they only had hotdogs for the next three meals and to warn me to bring my father something different. If you value your family and their care stay far away from this place. Care is their last concern. They want all the flash and no care.

The decision to move my aunt to an Assistant Living was a scary and difficult decision to make. Before we decided on Bellaview, we researched many locations. We compared not only prices, but the faclities, the staff and the activities offered. When we toured Bellaview, we immediately noticed all the clean and bright public spaces. We also noticed the employees interacting with the residents in a caring way. My aunt has been at Bellaview for 1 1/2 years, and I can see she is happy, well taken care of and that we made the right decision for our family. We have had a very positive experience with Bellaview.

One of the first things I noticed about Bellaview was how beautiful and clean the entrance was and how friendly everyone in the front office was. My mom needed a place to go to memory care (coming from assisted-living), and this look like it was a “right place” for her. Her first day was highlighted by an entrance on the red carpet, greeted by many of the employees who introduced themselves individually to her and made her feel “at home”. Her room was spacious and very clean. The employees in memory care were warm, friendly and attentive to her needs. I’ve spoken to the nurses and they understand and act upon the needs my mother has. She has been at Bellaview for over four months now and has enjoyed her place because she gets to participate in exercise, crafts, games, movie theater upstairs, church in the facility and great food too! She is checked on every two hours, and the proper medication is given to her twice a day. She has made friends (as there only 20 in memory care) and has especially enjoyed all the music (piano players, guitar players and many, many singers) that come to visit Bellaview. Themes and holidays radiate in Bellaview’s decor and activities. Also, bunnies are periodically brought in for my mom and others to enjoy. All this has made a difference in her life. I am so glad she joined the Bellaview family and I will definitely give it a five star rating.

For several months as I have watched my grandma decline and feel helpless, I felt an immense amount of guilt suggesting that she enters an assisted living. I suppose I had an idea in my head that they looked and felt like a "last stop". When it was apparent that my grandma needed more than I could offer her I toured Bellaview and I experienced an overwhelming feeling of peace. It felt like a home, not a "facility" or "clinical setting" like others I have entered. I took several days before she moved in to stop by, ask questions, fill out paperwork, etc. Each time I took note of all the people I saw congregating. It was more than residents and staff - it was a community, it was a FAMILY. Tracy, Keanna, and Victoria were so kind and informative as they guided me through the process. Today was move in day and when my grandma entered she was greeted with a red carpet lined on either side by the staff. After introductions we went to her room and she got to do a ribbon cutting at the door which was amazing! Inside was a welcome home package made up of the most special things, things that required so much attention to the details specific to my grandma. The move in was perfect and I saw a light in her that I haven't seen in some time. I encouraged her to go to dinner in the dining room and mingle with people and make friends. She was feeling a little uncomfortable as she had not had a haircut in a while and the salon down the hall was booked up for the day. I texted Tracy letting her know, kind of giving her a heads up that my grandma may hermit until the salon was open again in a few days. About 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and it was the hairstylist. She had finished up her appointments and came to take my grandma to get her haircut and done up nice! She stayed late to boost my grandma's confidence in meeting new people and make her again feel like the queen she is. The kindness that she displayed meant more to me than she will ever know. Every detail at the Bellaview has been so thoughtfully curated from the trained staff, to the music, activities, acts of kindness, decor, Bella the dog, and the food - just to name a few things! I have realized that Bellaview isn't a "last stop" after all - it is the beginning of a new chapter! A chapter filled with hope, friends, family, fun, and love. All the things that Bellaview encompasses. If and when you are ever in the helpless shoes I was in, I encourage you to tour Bellaview and give your loved one the opportunity to live their fullest life in this amazing community.

Bellaview is a truly unique and wonderful place! I researched and visited facilities across 3 counties along the Wastach Front and Bellaview was clearly the best. The caregivers are kind, patient, and attentive. They try to learn about each resident and help them accordingly. Caregivers are cross-trained to work with residents in both assisted living and memory care. Their staffing ratio and rotation seems well balanced. Management has been incredible to work with! Communicating well with me, among themselves, and with their staff to accommodate changing needs and respond to questions/challenges. They are incredibly professional and personable. I have been blown away by how generous, patient, and helpful they are both individually and collectively. They are also refreshingly down-to-earth. They are so loving with my mom and go above-and-beyond to learn the details of what she likes and to help her feel comfortable. You will not find a better marketing director anywhere! At Bellaview there is a variety of wonderful activities and outings. The in-house nurse practitioner is top-notch! The building design is fantastic with an abundance of natural light. There is anti-slip flooring with seamless transitions, safe and easy shower design, and inviting common areas that facilitate socializing and connection. The building is always very clean and smells nice. My mom personally loves the beautiful waterfall feature in the back courtyard. The chef prepares good food (I like it) and is always inviting of feedback. The residents themselves are friendly, happy, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Bellaview!
