Recently my cousin was relocated to this lovely home. Last week, my sister and I made our first visit to see our cousin. Besides being peaceful, beautiful and clean, this home appears to provide outstanding care and personalized customer service. I am super impressed with Bellicose Senior Living. I am probably harder than most to impress; first, because I am an RN and I know what good health care looks like. I have also worked as an OSHA inspector and a quality insurance manager, thus I know what quality and safety look like. In addition, I taught customer service in hospitals; the employees I encountered, exhibited exemplary customer service and kindness. I give this home a 5-star rating from the care I observed. Here are some of the highlights from my observations. The administer happened to be in the parking lot when we drove up. She welcomed us with a smile and asked if this were our first visit. We told her who we were visiting and she had caring things to say about our relative. Then, after giving us a brief overview of the home, she invited us to a tour. Once inside, the employees greeted us with hellos, smiles and good conversation; they introduced themselves and were quite welcoming. Also, they appeared to work as a harmonious team. They showed interest in our cousin and interacted with friendliness and respect. Our cousin, by-the-way, has become extremely more communicative and responsive since her admission there. While I was there, the residents were served lunch. The meal looked appetizing, healthy and nutritionally balanced. Again, I'd like to say I was impressed with this home. I really like this place.
