Belleview AFC

I have lived at Belleview many years ago. Time went by and I was not comfortable anyplace else. I waited to get back to Belleview and I feel comfortable and at home now that I am back. Ellen puts a lot of effort into her job and shows up for work everyday. Doug does his job and repairs things as he should. Everybody needs to appreciate them.

I love living here, now that there is new owners and managers. It's looking better and they are getting rid of the people who don't pay and trash there apartment. Which is a huge plus. I love that I can park my car under the car port. Dogs must be on a leash and you must pick up after your dog. I love that they are enforcing the rules. The manager Ellen and Maintenance guy Doug are the BEST, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Regret moving from here. Thought it would get better but boy was I mistaken. Who would have thought this place would be considered good. Ionia needs to step up their apartment choices.

Management is excellent, friendly and informative. Maintenance is responsive, highly knowledgeable, and quick to call professionals if needed. My apartment was nicely renovated, all appliances new. I recommend Belleview Place to anyone who is looking.

I've been here for 2 years, and since new management has taken over I can see good changes happening.
