Do not send your loved ones here. They sleep during the overnight shift & the bosses know it. They will fire good workers because they are scared of the bad ones! Be mindful!

I had to click one star to be able to write a review. However, zero stars is my rating! My mom was a resident for nine months and it consistently went down each month after move in. No consistency with staff, high turnover, rooms not thoroughly cleaned, lack of professionalism, meals were horrible, medication not managed properly, so many sad and tragic episodes of neglect. When addressing it with administration, they’re good at bandaiding problems so it appears they’ve gone away. No acceptance of responsibility for poor care of our elders. My mom moved to Bellevue about two months ago. The staff has gone out of their way to make her feel loved, encouraged, safe and well taken care of. She is very happy she moved in and so am I!

Alot of facilities offer a down home feel but Bell Vue actually holds that standard. The staff and management make you feel very welcome.
