Belmar Oakland

Overpriced for living , they sell you a dream but it ends up not being as good as they tell you, Low pay for staff , they have people cooking in the kitchen that don't even have cook experience, cold inedible food. Poor management. Needs to be shut down , managment does not seem to care about the residents and are selective with staff. Take your loved ones to a facility that is a little cheaper And probably will provide better care, your family will be yelled at or harassed here or have their stuff stolen by the staff, i would give 0 stars if i could

Hello, I recently visited Belmar in hopes of finding my love one a great facility that would feel similar to home for them. I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. Also the staff was very welcoming everyone had a smile on their face and spoke, which is always a bonus. The marketing manager Kelly was very professional and also very personable. I was pleased with my visit and believe I may have found the best fit.
