Belmont Village Buckhead was a true blessing for our family. My parents recently passed away, and I will always be deeply grateful for the care, dignity, and compassion they received while living there. From assisted living to memory care, the staff treated my parents not just as residents, but as individuals with stories, preferences, and personalities that mattered. The caregivers were patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. They supported not only my parents, but our entire family during a very emotional chapter of our lives. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly sets Belmont apart is the people. The staff’s professionalism, warmth, and consistency gave us tremendous peace of mind. We knew our parents were safe, respected, and cared for every single day. If you are trying to decide on a community that will care for your loved ones, I can say with complete sincerity that Belmont Village Buckhead provides exceptional assisted living and memory care. We are forever thankful.

A Place That Truly Became Family: Belmont Village Buckhead deserves far more than five stars. The staff here are some of the most compassionate, dedicated, and loving people I have ever met. They cared for both of my parents as if they were their own family, and I will be forever grateful. My dad lived at Belmont for over two years as he navigated dementia, and my mom moved into assisted living so she could be close to him and support him. She was ten years younger, highly independent, and full of life. The staff embraced them both immediately—and wholeheartedly. When my dad passed away from dementia on November 17, 2025, the outpouring of love from the Belmont team was overwhelming. And when my mom suddenly suffered a stroke just weeks later and was hospitalized, five Belmont staff—three nurses and two program managers—visited her in the hospital during the week she was there. Their presence was deeply touching, and something I will never forget. The Executive Director has been by our side since the moment my parents moved in over two and a half years ago. She always told us we were like family—and I genuinely believe she meant it. The love, patience, and dignity they showed my parents in their last years was extraordinary. And the love my parents gave back to them was equally beautiful to witness. Even our sweet golden doodle, Bailey Button Twinkle Toes, became part of the Belmont family. She arrived with my parents during the pandemic and quickly became the Belmont mascot. Staff—and even residents who didn’t typically like dogs—fell in love with her gentle, calming presence. I will continue bringing Bailey back often to visit the many people who adored her. Belmont Village didn’t just care for my parents—they created a home for all of us. I will keep returning, because this community became part of my heart. Thank you, Belmont Village Buckhead, for making my parents’ final years as meaningful, safe, and loving as they could possibly be. I am forever indebted to you.

I came to this place on 4 different occasions and was able to freely walk in with not being noticed This place is not a good place for your love ones. Residential rooms are dirty they very short staffed the employees have conversations that’s not work appropriate a resident asked me to help them to the bathroom. I will not be sending my Father there. The State needs to get involved in this place

My family just went on a tour for my dad and how they made us all feel was amazing. The community was so clean and such beautiful apartments, it has everything we need! They really are different than most assisted living communities! They are well known and we all felt like family. We were able to have lunch there and the food was amazing and they had live music for the residents! You must go visit them. The tour was super informative.

If you love your loved ones, do not place them here. There is a severe lack of support from management and almost no communication. The building’s cleanliness is awful — roaches are present, and basic sanitation is clearly not a priority. The facility is constantly short-staffed, to the point where employees are left working alone to care for multiple residents. Because of this, residents cannot receive the proper care they deserve. It’s not due to staff not caring, but because management does not provide the help, resources, or leadership needed to run a safe and supportive environment. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their loved one’s well-being.
