BELMONT VILLAGE WEST LAKE HILLS TENANT, LLC

Where to start? I’ve been popping in and out of this building for the last five years, and I honestly couldn’t appreciate the staff more. Communicating with the Wellness Director, Angela, and the Memory Care Director, Gabby, has always been a breeze. These two genuinely love and care for their residents—like the kind of care you’d give your own parents. Full disclosure: my all-time favorite resident lived here. The team was wonderful, kind, and always accommodating to him (and to me, by extension). I’ve recommended this place to close friends, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a lively assisted living community with a rock-solid wellness team. Oh, and here’s something rare in senior living—they don’t have much turnover. And let’s not forget the fun! They host fantastic events—case in point, their Brisket Tasting event was chef’s kiss (photo attached).

Had the pleasure of being invited here for live country music happy hour with a friend and was impressed! Is up a hill off Bees Cave Rd near 360, and because of that I did notice issues with my cell phone reception with AT&T. Of course my friend with Verizon had no issues so just making note it's probably a tower nearby. Wifi was solid and secure for checking my email briefly. They have mailboxes, upscale dining areas, a salon to get your haircut, a gym, and some of the friendliest, professional staff I have seen in all of Austin, with over 80% occupancy and accepts pets. Have a lovely outdoor patio, and spotless clean and beautiful thru out the building. Even the tenants were friendly and a pleasure to be around and absorb their decades of experience. :) Plenty of guest parking too! Highly impressed with my visit today! :) (Note I only got a tour and to see the first floor and meet a fraction of the tenants)

The staff was friendly and professional. Sasha is such a welcoming person. I had lunch with my mother and our server was Madison. She was courteous and thoughtful even it got a little busy. I'm very happy that my mom is here!

The staff at Belmont is stellar! Peg made us and my mom feel so welcome. Everyone in every position truly cares for the residents and goes above and beyond to enrich the lives of those living there. Highly recommended!

My mom moved to Belmont Village in Westlake from out of town two years ago and we have had a very positive experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they care for her without “hovering” and the food is better than one would expect. Mom has kept busy and made friends which has really eased her transition to living near me.
