BENEDICTINE VILLA ASSISTED LIVING

We helped move my aunt into her apartment after a fall. She was ambivalent about losing her independence, but realizes now that she can still live independently but has caring people to help when needed. She enjoys the activities, talking with others and has made new acquaintances quickly. The residents all seem to enjoy living here and watch out for one another as well. The building has been refreshed and the common areas are much brighter and updated. The staff have all been very nice and are quick to answer concerns my aunt and/or the family has. Now that things have settled down a little for my aunt, she tells me she is very happy living there. We live 2.5 hours away so it is such a relief to know that she is happy, safe and has help available if she needs it!

I am so thankful for the Benedictine Villa’s care of my parents. The sparkle is back in their eyes! Benedictine provides the care they need, good food, fun activities including Happy Hours! They’ve met lots of new people and they have found their own way of spreading joy- baking goodies and making music!

I recently found myself helping an elderly neighbor find the right assisted living facility for his needs. Benedictine stood out for many reasons. They were extremely responsive to my inquiries, helpful and understanding-without being pushy. Our neighbor was very anxious about the move but I am delighted to report that he is adjusting very well all due to the amazing staff! Literally every one of the staff members has gone out of their way to help him feel more comfortable and at home. So if you are looking for the right place for your family member choose Benedictine. You won’t be disappointed.

We are very happy our mom found a new and loving community in Benedictine living community of LaCrosse. This is a very special place the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about what is needed with everyone there. They have absolutely made my mom feel welcomed and comfortable . I would recommend this for anyone that needs a friendly community. 5 stars all the way around.

The first thing that caught my attention when I walked into the BLC La Crosse facility was the cleanliness and fresh smell of the skilled nursing facility. I then noticed the staff were hospitable and provided compassionate care to all the residents. It was a happy joyful environment where people enjoyed living and working. That was two years ago, September of 2022, and I have found those first impressions to be true, and further found the passion and dedication of the staff to be authentic. It is Midwest Hospitality on display every day. I am proud to be part of the amazing Benedictine Living Community where people are loved and encouraged to be there best selves.
