My mom gets the best care The staff is nice and caring. I have piece of mind knowing she is in good hands. I would highly recommend this place.

Bentley Suites is an awesome facility! Only a few blocks away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. But, still tucked away for privacy and comfort. The staff is amazing! The residents are also great!

Another great community that really cares for our senior community. The staff only treat their residents with dignity and respect. They provide much love and compassion for their residents. I have seen several communities and highly recommend Bentley Suites; you’re loved ones are in great hands.

This group is amazing, comforting and attentive. I recommend going through Bentley suites by serenity they took great care of my loved one.

My wife was transferred to Serenity after her surgery. I was instructed to call them later in the day to see how she was doing. When I called the care nurse Susan, she was very short with her answer and just told me shes fine. Susan didnt even ask me the patients name. So how does she know shes doing fine. And told me to call my wife on her cell phone if she has with her. Right after Susan said that, she told me she gave her some pain med so call later. So i asked Susan if I call her or my wife on her cell later. She didnt even answer me but i could hear her talking to her co workers as she was hanging up. This is the worst care service facility I have every experienced. You get better and more caring service from a run down homeless shelter than Serenity in Santa Monica. I gave it 1 star because I has no choice. But this place deserves negative stars! -5 Stars.
