BENTON HOUSE OF CLERMONT

Benton House of Clermont is such a great community. It’s always clean, welcoming, and well run. The leadership team and staff are friendly, approachable, and truly care about the residents and families they serve. You can feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend!

I believe this is probably the best nursing facility I've seen! I recently was faced with the task to place my cousin and her husband into a facility. I researched extensively on the internet and discovered the Benton House of Clermont. I cannot be happier with their new home! I have peace of mind knowing that they're not just being "housed" but are living life to the fullest there. The building is beautiful. Meals are a culinary delight. The staff is so friendly and caring. My cousins get to enjoy so many activities and day trips to make their life seen "normal", even though they're in memory care. I also like that I can look at the Benton House of Clermont Facebook page and see all the wonderful things they are doing with their residents! I'm adding photos here of my cousins' room and how happy they look living at the Benton House.

I am grateful for this place and the staff (Pam, Sonia, Ashley, Bertha, Lila, Monica, Kyrie, Valerie, and Jared just to name a few). The Benton House of Clermont is split up into two sides, the Memory Care (Beacon) side and the Assisted Living Facility (ALF) side. I started bringing Mom here a couple times per week, since end of July 2024, for the Adult Day Program and so glad I did. It is a great place where she can do fun things and socialize. They post photos and video on Facebook of all the fun things they do. Caregivers get support here that they may be lacking in their home, especially some much needed self-care time and peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for. Mom has made friends here and the staff and other caregivers, like me, have become like family. I wouldn’t know what I would do without them. They are very caring and take the time to explain everything if needed. If Mom ever needs more assistance in the future, it is a great place to consider for her to call home. Benton House also provides resources to caregivers free of charge, including home health care referrals, a Caregiver Class including materials, a monthly Caregiver Support Group, and helpful tools on their website. I recommend you take a tour of the place, you will see it does not feel like an institution but more like a clubhouse. Thank you Benton House of Clermont for all you do!

Benton House of Clermont is truly above the rest when it comes to memory care and assisted living. Their facilities are beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment. The programs they offer are engaging and enriching, ensuring residents stay active and connected. A special thank you to Ashley and the entire team for their kindness and support during a very difficult transition. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Knowing my loved one is in such good hands brings great peace of mind. Let me start off that there is no perfect place. Elder care requires family to be involved when they are choosing a facility. The quality of care does not end at when you bring them into the home, as the family of that person must stay involved with the Assisted Living Facility for great success. At Benton House they have been a great partner. Open / Clear / and Concise of their service and commitment for my Mother in Law. The staff is a big part of that success as without loyal and dedicated staff, the facility is just 4 walls. Every time we need the Benton team they are there, they extend the best options they can whenever possible. We are excited to work with Pamela, Ashley, Sonia Bertha and the rest of the great staff there. They are one--of-a-kind in the Assisted Living options in the area and define their service with family values. When you PARTNER with them - your experience is a great one. So a tip for anyone thinking about this for their elderly loved one/family. When you partner, stay involved with an open mind and heart with the Benton team, for sure you will have a great experience with them and most important create a great environment of love and care for the elderly person you have in their facility.
