BENTON HOUSE OF OLATHE

The staff at Benton House has created such a welcoming, caring & fun community that takes time to get to know each person. It’s a smaller community that feels like a cruise ship! Every meal feels like a restaurant experience and they offer daily activities to fit a variety of interests & abilities. My mom’s favorite is the weekly happy hour with her favorite beverage and live entertainer. Families are always welcome to join. Other daily activities include cards, dominoes, bingo, mindfulness/stretching, Wii bowling/golf and the list goes on! I’m so happy we found Benton House!

I reached out to Benton House about a month ago to see about an assisted living place for my grandparents. Morgan, the community relations director informed me that unfortunately there were no available rooms there, but continued to go above and beyond for me and referred me to a few other trusted facilities in the area, gave me all of their contact information and answered all of my questions that I had as someone who had no idea what I was doing or how the process worked. I felt pretty helpless and lost when I first started my search for facilities so I could not be more grateful that Morgan at Benton House was my very first experience.

Benton House of Olathe has created an excellent environment for my mom to live. She is eating well, involved in the activities, and happy! She has made friends and looks so healthy these days. My mom is not only doing well at Benton House of Olathe, but thriving in her new environment. I attribute it to the excellent staff, clean and safe facility and opportunities for fun and socialization.

My husband has been a resident in Benton House Olathe for almost a year. It is our third experience with Assisted Living. We could not be more pleased! The residence is clean, attractive, and odor free. The staff appears to be very friendly and competent. They have worked very hard during the Covid crisis and it is evident in their statistics of the building. They are firm and not hesitant to support rules of the facility. But always caring about the well fair of our loved ones. The nurses are quick to keep you informed. The food is good. They care about the resident. My family highly recommends Benton House of Olathe.

My parents stayed in an assisted living apartment at Benton House of Olathe so that Dad could receive regular therapy and assistance as he recovered from skull fractures. There were many good things at Benton House: 1. Mom and Dad loved and were loved by many staff members. 2. The food was good 3. The facility was newer 4. The speech therapist was amazing 5. Chelsea continued to check on and communicate with my parents even when she didn't have to. 6. Many staff members truly cared, which was very comforting during the lockdowns and transitions.
