My husband and I have lived here almost 2 decades my husband and I lived here for 11years then moved away for almost a year then my daughter passed away and we got placement of our granddaughter so we moved back here because we loved it here. We've been here almost 7 years this time in a apartment that we were told was just like our other one which turned out to be a lie. There have been many lies told. This building is horrible they won't fix anything and definitely will not replace anything no matter how old. We're supposed to have onsite Manager but she doesn't live here and is barely ever here. Even though we've been good tenants we are ignored when we need something which is all the time with this apartment. Our Granddaughter room has been completely soaked for over a week she is having to stay somewhere else because not only does she not have a bedroom she gets really sick when she is here. There has been a leak for 2 years but this time was absolutely awful. If you're looking for Apartments that care about the tenants and expect to have any peace please don't rent here. It's too bad it use to be a wonderful place

Terrible place to live. Cops are here all the time. I work at a probation & parole office in Fond du Lac & majority of the people living here are on probation. A lot of drug dealing that goes on from Chicago IL. They rotate the people & the vehicles out but go to the same apartments. Fights happen at all hours, pot smoking that gets so built up the smoke gets in the hallways & comes through the vents into my apartment. There are people living here that aren’t on the lease or pay rent. The manager does nothing about the these issues.

god forbid you vehicle gets a flat tire and you have to put it on jack stands for the day to change out tires. they put a tow sticker on it saying i cant work on it in the parking lot. how else am i supposed to get a flat tire changed out if not on jack stands. literally the only complaint i have about them. like give some time like im working on it trust me i dont want it on jack stands any more then they do.

If you're looking for an apartment with a gym, look elsewhere. I chose this complex because it had a pool and a gym listed as amenities. The pool is fine but the gym is a hazard. There's a water cooler in the "gym" with no water jug attached, the elliptical is rusted and cracked on the frame, the treadmill has pieces of it laying on the floor and it doesn't work well, and there's a dead plant in the corner of the room with leaves all over the floor that have been there for months. I've talked to the Brookfield main office the end of 2019 when I noticed all this with the machines and they said they'd get back to me. I've talked to the assistant manager at my complex who said something would be done. They simply do not care here. Management is slow to fix issues. This "gym" needs a new elliptical and treadmill but I guarantee that won't happen. Also, they finally removed all the rotting wood benches we had available in the backyards to sit on but they never replaced them with anything and when driving in the complex you have to swerve to constantly dodge the missing chunks of pavement, bumps, and cracks. If you're thinking of moving here, don't. Management could not care less about fixing any issues here.

I lived here for a few years and never had a single issue. The manager was amazing and maintenance was always there immediately to take care of something if it needed to be fixed. Grounds are very beautiful and well taken care of and very nice updated apartments!
