There very rude and judgement to the fullest of your past there not willing to give anyone a chance y’all save your time do not apply for them

My mother has been at Berryhill for one month now and she seems to be adjusting well! The staff is really kind to her. It’s assisted living but I do think they provide more care then expected! Her room has been updated which is nice . I have seen some poor reviews but our experience has been good so far! Overall I have been very happy with berryhill and all the staff!

Terrible facility. Like most of these facilities this one is filthy and depressed due to negligent *management*. They never staff enough people having as few as 1-2 people working taking care of all residents. Understaffed, under managed, underwhelming. Please keep looking for a better place for your loved ones. The employees care and try their best but are let down and incapable with the restraints of the management. Nothing is clean- there are pests galore and half the residents are ignored intermittently due to understaffing. Residents are not admitted or transferred when they should be or are injured or loose their capability for independence putting more stress and less time on the employees who COULD be taking care of your loved ones.

I do not have any family or friends at Berryhill Manor but I have heard many great things about them. I love the Berryhill Buddy program for Christmas. My work has taken on 4 buddies so that they can have a great Christmas morning. Keep up the great work!!!

My grandmother has been at Berry Hill Manor for over 2 years. It is very important to me that she has the proper care that is needed. Berryhill is an assisted living facility, but I feel they do more then is expected. I am very comfortable with the care she is receiving there. Grandmother calls it her "apartment" and it truly feels that way. The staff is very attentive and helpful to not only the residents, but also very very helpful to my family with the communication. The facility is always clean and updated regularly. The food service is great the times that I have eaten there with her. The peace of mind I have knowing her medication is given on time and the proper amounts is huge. I really appreciate the staff and owners for affording such great care of her.
