Beth Sholom is amazing! The staff are caring, professional, and truly treat residents like family. The therapy team is outstanding, and the building is always welcoming.

We have had a family friend who has been a resident of Beth Sholom for many years. The care has been of consistently high quality in many ways. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and competent and always seem have residents' safety and comfort as the top priority. We appreciate the cleanliness of the well-maintained facilities and understand why Beth Sholom is such a favorite for many Richmonders. Keep up the great work there!

All the staff we met so far (3 days) have been very friendly & professional. The meals, again limited number, have been hot with good sized portions & are tasty. Still have to work out some kinks re response time when call bell is on, but our queries show this to be unusual rather than standard practice.

I have visited this facility and had the pleasure to connect with Cecelia the admissions director, regarding the families, of the residents that reside at Beth Sholom. I consider this community to be desirable and beautiful. The staff is very kind and attentive to the resident's needs. They professionally address request appropriately, with care within a few days, Families truly have a wonderful place for their loved ones. This highly suggested facility is clean, beautiful inside and out, peaceful, with excellent management...everything a family can desire and more.
