I only clicked one star in order to type my feelings. If you love your family, you will definitely NOT go here. Bad bed bugs, rotting floors, AC and heat hardly ever work, nasty . I went the other day and I stayed outside only to find grass 3 feet tall where they can go outside. Owner flys in once a month, why? Probably to receive his pay or show his face. When I visit, the people are so sad and just want to be treated like a human being and live in decent conditions . That is what they are paying for as well as the State . Do I need to call the President to get something done about this or can the State handle it ?

My sister has been there for 9 months. I'm very happy with the care she's receiving.Staff is wonderful , very friendly and careing. I love this place.l would highly recommend it to everyone.
