Bethany Homes care facility took in my sister under difficult circumstances. The staff are experienced with challenging residents and they are kind, thoughtful and very patient. They encourage her to take part in activities but do not push her if she declines. The staff understand the medicine regimes and are proactive in requesting refills or changes. We are very happy with the placement.

My Dad has lived at Bethany Homes for six months and has received excellent care. The administration is professional, easy to communicates with and is very accommodating to my father's specific needs. The staff is compassionate, personable and competent. The environment well maintained, pleasant and safe. We looked at several other Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities and Bethany Homes has been a very good fit for him. Our family feels he is getting the best care possible.

the Livermore facility is not your old standard “care facility.. the facility is I believe less than 4 years old. It is a nice multi level facility .. wood plank flooring (I think is engineered but it’s as nice as in my house) the public area walls are a tasteful grey color with white trim, the rooms are good sized and I think all have their own half bath (at least the one my mother has been in). the staff is very attentive , they have a great med tech, the management is professional and caring in just the right mix. It is a very family feeling ran company .. I’ve had interactions with staff at all levels and they all honestly seem to care … and not in the “I’m just doing my job way” .. they do in my option care. the facilities are very well kept and clean, feeling is more of a college dorm / home environment. (residents ages vary from college mom is 80) meals are prepared on site, dietary needs are monitored and I've been there at meal time .. food looks great smell terrific (mom has mere complained about the food and she has always been a picky eater) if your family member needs the services they provide I would recommend calling and discussing your needs with them.

Bethany Homes has been a blessing for our family. From the moment we arrived at Bethany we felt a sense of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Most importantly, I have peace of mind knowing that my husband is in a safe, nurturing environment where he is genuinely valued and well-cared for. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well designed to meet the needs of those living with dementia. Bethany Homes owners and the staff have truly helped our family through this difficult transition. Their communication with our family is outstanding -- I always feel informed and involved in my loved one's care, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional memory care.

It is difficult finding the perfect place to call home for an aging loved one. I relocated my father from an assisted living facility across town to Bethany Homes. Thank you words cannot express how grateful I am to the entire staff at Bethany homes. The entire staff took excellent care of my father which gave me peace on comfort. Although he chose not to leave his room, he had frequent interaction with the staff just because they care. Bethany homes felt like family and home. I am forever grateful for the care my father was provided.
