BIANCA'S HOME CARE - BEST SENIOR CARE AVAILABLE!! We feel fortunate to have discovered Bianca’s Home Care in Riverside for our 95 year old mother as her health deteriorated . The home is located in a beautiful gated community in the hills overlooking Riverside. Bianca only accepts six (6) clients therefore can provide each resident with personalized care. Upon entering the home you will immediate notice how clean it looks and the fresh smell of a well maintained facility. The residents are up in chairs or ambulating, Bianca does not allow them to be isolated in their rooms. She has mostly private rooms but also a room that accommodates double occupancy. The home has a beautiful covered patio for residents to spend time outdoors if weather permits. Meals were served at a community table, so residents can interact during meals (once again avoiding isolation). The meals are prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients and presented to the residents as a family meal with the staff monitoring each residents dietary intake. Our mother was always well groomed, her hair washed/combed, nails (hands/feet) trimmed, clean. Her skin was well attended to without skin tears or pressure marks. Her clothing was fresh and changed daily. Her bedding was always clean and fresh (no malodor as you find in many facilities). Bianca has well trained, professional staff onsite 24/7. They were always polite, helpful and never made us feel that they did not have time to answer questions or attend to our request. Her staff is stable and did not notice any staff turnover. As our mother’s health deteriorated Bianca helped us arrange Hospice Care. The hospice provider was always attentive and provided us with regular updates, so we always felt informed of her status. In the final days we were able to be with her as much as we desired with staff providing caring supportive attention. In summary if you are in need of a facility for your loved one it is hard to imagine finding a home that can provide higher quality, compassionate care than Bianca’s Home Care. Bianca Home Care is a fantastic service they provided 24 / 7 care for our mom the last 6 months. They provide home cooked meals and the staff was super nice and helpful with our mother. I had been referred to Bianca’s home care and couldn’t be more happy. My grandma received 5 star treatment from day one. The staff she has there are beyond professional. They made it seem like she was home. Bianca was there even after she had passed. Keeping in contact and making sure we were ok. The home cooked meals that were made from scratch was the icing on the cake. I felt welcomed every time I came to visit and felt like i never had to leave.
