Lindsey Cray, the Director of Sales, was fabulous to work with. We had a situation with my father that was very fluid and changed frequently and she was understanding throughout the whole process. Lindsey was also responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Trustwell Living at Mission Springs!

I’m so frustrated with this place I could scream. Rarely enough staff. My dad is left alone during restroom visits which is really unsafe. Over half the time in the evenings it is almost impossible to find ANY STAFF. My dad often waits for over an hour after pressing his button for assistance. He has lost so much weight for several reasons, one being the food is not great. I’ve experienced several meals there and I can’t stomach the food either. He does not get showers like he is supposed to. His room is not cleaned adequately. There are a handful of CNAs/Caregivers that are just down right unfriendly and seem put out when asked anything. I respect the people who work in these positions. I don’t think I could do what they do and for the money they make which is no where NEAR enough! The “good” ones are wonderful but there are not enough. Our family is unhappy and stressed out about the care he receives at Trustwell Mission Springs. I was trying to find a number to call as I sit here and wait and wait for someone to come help my dad to bed. No one to call. No one to contact. So here I am. You’ve been warned.

We have been with Trustwell almost 2 years. Our resident is well looked after, kept active and engaged, and I truly believe her quality of life has dramatically improved because of the care and oversight of the caring staff at Trustwell. Our family is very appreciative of this care and the good communication we receive. I view the interaction with the residents several times weekly and am continuously impressed by their care, compassion and patience. Thank you!

My mother with Alzheimer's has lived at Trustwell Mission Springs for about 9 months. The experience has been very good. The staff in general (housekeeping, activities, concierge, dining, and executive) are great. Mom's direct care, Corrine, Tracy and Pam have been exceptionally supportive. Mom feels very comfortable with her care providers and has benefited greatly from the social interaction in the community. The staff are very accessible and communication is good. Overall, we have been very satisfied. Update: My mother passed in July 2025 after living at Trustwell Mission Springs for close to 2 years. Our overall experience was very good. Mom's primary caregivers were wonderful. Mom was always treated with respect and kindness. As Mom's functioning deteriorated, adjustments were made to her care plan which allowed her to remain in her apartment in the assisted living unit rather than being moved to memory care. We were very grateful for the accommodations made. Though there were minor issues along the way, we were always able to communicate directly with nursing services and executive staff to sort those out. Truly, Mom did very well at Trustwell Mission Springs. I do not believe that she would have been able to sustain in a larger assisted living setting that offered less direct interaction. Thank you to the staff at Trustwell Mission Springs.

The staff is AMAZING!! The residents are always taken cared for. The cleanliness of the facility is outstanding. But the only thing I would complain about is about the marketing, lady from corporate. I overheard her tell a staff member that another resident needed to be moved because she thought it looked like a nursing home and she had a tour. But the fact that my mom and all these other residents pay close to 4 grand a month. And you telling me they're not allowed to sit in the common area? Because an ignorant person thanks, it looks like a nursing home. Obviously, she's never worked in a nursing home to know the difference. It's a very sad and disappointing situation, especially when it comes from a corporate lady
