Food not very good. Sometimes not cooked properly. High turn over so many weeks no housekeeping

Refused to address HVAC problem forcing my mother to vacate the property then charged us for a month after we moved out. Consulting with an attorney about constructive eviction. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to be cared for. Facility staff are very hospitable to the residents and guests. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, which made this process so much less stressful. We were greeted immediately with warmth, compassion and kindness. I was so impressed with the facility! It’s spacious, clean & welcoming. There were plenty of activities and amenities available to the residents and the staff truly make a difference in their residents quality of life. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful facility. Wish I could leave more stars. Be rest assured if you have a loved one in this facility, they’re in great hands!

This is an amazing place for seniors to come and thrive. The activities are so fun and the residents really love participating. The facility I always clean and smelling clean. When and if I retire, I would love to come and live here. The administrator is amazing and she really cares about the staff as well as the residents. If you are looking for a wonderful place for your loved ones, Bickford is the place to be⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have toured the branch recently and what a nice clean welcoming community it is. The workers and residents seem happy and smiling. I came during a meal time and even tho I didn't eat the food appeared delicious. I will definitely be back with Mom to tour.
