Bickford of Chesterfield

Our father has been here 2-1/2 years. He is happy and we are glad he is at Bickford. Director Eileen Kwak is a wonderful example of servant leadership as she is always working, vacuuming, serving food and cleaning tables! Nursing leaders Grace and Deborah are kind and very helpful. Myra Luck is a joy to be around and always smiling. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to assist residents and family! Glad our dad is here!

The caregiving Folks at Bickford are excellent. My Mom is safe and feels secure and she says regularly how nice everyone is.

Eileen Kwak who is the director of Bickford Chesterfield.. has absolutely exceeded our expectations. My step mother had dimentia Eileen communicated often, followed up on requests and facilitated a great experience and dialogue. Her personal touch made our experience bearable. She cares and her employees love her. She is a rockstar!

My aunt Margaret has been there for three years and we love it. She really enjoys the small atmosphere and the staff are very kind and engaged with the residence. I volunteer there once a week and enjoy the residence and love seeing the care provided to them. I think it is really important that the residents have activities to keep them active and using their minds as much as possible. The activity Director Sam is very kind and is trying to provide as many activities as she can. The Director Eileen has always been quick to respond when I have questions or concerns and , we especially love Grace up in the front office. I would recommend Bickford of Chesterfield any day of the week.

My mom is a resident at Bickford and we’re very pleased with her care. Sam, the activity director, keeps the residents busy and engaged. It’s a small assisted living so everyone gets personalized attention. The director, Eileen, is very available and listens to any concerns. I would recommend Bickford for your loved one
