Brandon the Business Office Mgr has been the most responsive to our family at every turn. We would be lost without him. He is not only great at his job, but he is kind and compassionate.

Dan ksiazek has only been here for a week and I have observed very good staff interaction. I can go back to Atlanta with a trusting feeling that he will be well cared for. Special thanks to Nancy Carson in her Activities Director position. She is enthusiastic and so very helpful. She is a spark of fun and learning. She goes well beyond what is required!!

My Mother lived at Trustwell for 7 years. The staff was attentive and caring. It was remodeled the last year of her residing there. The facility has been updated and is lovely and comfortable as well as inviting. I have recommended Trustwell to others. The Activities director keeps the residence, busy and engaged. She just does a wonderful job.

Trustwell residents have the best “social lives” traveling to museums, going out to eat, taking field trips, and here the dinner theatre! Staff like Pam in Memory Care, Brandon the Business Office Manager, Tysha our concierge & others often join to make these outings possible!

My son lives at Trustwell and I am very pleased with the care he gets. Trash is picked up daily and he gets excellent weekly maid service. I envy him the delicious food and frequent outings. He is provided a push-button necklace to ask for assistance. At 6’5”, he’s a bundle to pick up when he falls but they have staff to do it. We appreciate all they do.
