Bickford of Spotsylvania

We were planning on moving my dad into this facility, before we decided to go another direction. We had paid a $500 deposit that I was told was refundable, but have yet to receive a phone call back regardless of how many messages I have left.

My family chose this lovely facility at the Spotsylvania, Virginia location for my mother. We were so looking forward to her living there. Unfortunately, she passed away less than 24 hours after submitting the deposit. It has been more than 90 days and the deposit has not been returned. We have reached out numerous times and are told we will get an update, and then most times no one follows up with us. We have tried communicating through the complaint line on different occasions and no one has personally called us back with an update. We have been told to call the facility, but when we do, the facility tells us they will follow up and never do. The facility looked nice. The organization is proving not to be.

I have been coming to Bickford over a year now and I Love seeing the Love and Care that residents are surrounded in Bickford of Spotsylvania! Thank you Tamika and Justin for making such a Loving Home for our Elderly Community. Bickford is on Higher Path health model, call and ask them about it.

I’ve personally had dealings with this facility with great expectations that were exceeded ten fold. My grandmother couldn’t be happier! Our family thanks Bickford from top to bottom for the care and love they provide around the clock. Love you guys! Keep up the good work

Tamika Woolfolk gave my family an amazing tour and did a lovely job of describing and showcasing the community. The staff's focus on detail and commitment to making Bickford of Spotsylvania a great place for all of its residents. The customized care provided for each and every resident there impressed me. I had the good fortune to witness a group music session. I wholeheartedly endorse Bickford of Spotsylvania for anyone's family member! One of the friendliest, most family-focused assisted living communities in our community is Bickford. As though they were their own, the staff treats the residents with love and care.
