Bickford of Spotsylvania

My Mother has lived at Bickford for 4 years now. She has progressed and has moved to the Memory Care . Everyone that I have ever dealt with has been very helpful and kind. It is a beautiful facility and is kept clean. The services they offer has been very helpful for my Mom.

Bickford of Spotsylvania is a very warm and inviting, quaint community. The staff are very warm , caring, and always greet you with a smile. The staff are passionate and attentive to the needs of the residents. The community has a southern homelike feel that I don't see at other communities. They are person-centered focused. Meals are good, nutritious, and cooked daily from scratch. I have recommended several friends to Bickford.

We were planning on moving my dad into this facility, before we decided to go another direction. We had paid a $500 deposit that I was told was refundable, but have yet to receive a phone call back regardless of how many messages I have left.
