Bickford of West Lansing is simply wonderful! The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each resident’s happiness and well-being. The community is vibrant, clean, and full of thoughtful programs that keep everyone engaged and active. I’m so impressed with how much attention they give to creating a nurturing, supportive, and fun environment. It’s a place where residents are not just cared for, but celebrated every day!

Bickford caregivers are warm and welcoming. They are patient centered and provide compassionate care. Highly recommend this community.

My father was there for a few months and no one was there to talk to when I needed them, you were always understaffed. He wasn't taken care of like I was told he would be. I would not bring my dog there to be taken care of. You r expensive for the care that them people don't get. I would not recommend this place to no one.
