This is a civil rights volition removing an account unit and leaving the patients to sweltering in a room at 95 degrees.and know one knows anything as to where it went or why or if one is coming back.next was told not to talk to another patient because he is suing another patient for theft of his personal belongings. Next lack of medication delivery.next lack of information regarding meals and activities. Next lack of medical help by a provider and transportation to that doctor and making appointments to see that doctor.and even the change of medicine and reordering medication. When they run out you can't have any meds.out is out especially pain meds your beat.next help with a shower getting in and out your beat on that to. And the sepectations of paying for a TV and a fridge and an air conditioner to get and paying extra for cable and internet something they get for free and advertise free cable and wifi.with all these extra sir charges I can see how they all have new cars.next the training of five days to be a med nurse is ridiculous even a LPN is two years min and a pharmacy tech is two years what could you learn about giving delivery of meds or about meds .my civil wright's have been violated. Several complaints have been sent to the authorities from the veterans administration from DHS main care and the district attorneys office.to list a few.

All I can say is my mother who suffers from dementia was able to walk out of that facility yesterday 06/27/21, and no one had a clue where she was nor were they looking for her outdoors. I know all this because I'm the one who found her. Mutiple calls have been made to the Administrator, and we were told she will call you back tomorrow. Are you kidding me. We still have heard nothing. Now we have a call into the CFO of New Communities and still have heard nothing. This is 100% unacceptable and can be tolerated.

If some of the staff wasn't working there. It would be a 5 star. Customer service was really bad. Very rude and would not let me buy a baby jesus because no one would check price for me ask manager said he didn't have time. And 2 other managers walking around doing nothing and getting paid customer service sucked

It's a clean assisted living and the employees are friendly and give excellent care to the residents

Nice place, in there private apt's allot of gossip going on & tattel tailing.
