Big Rapids Fields II Assisted Living

My parents currently live here and they are amazing.Frim the first day we went to tour super friendly and clean environment.They check in on all residents often.If they are unsure about something they will call.Latasha is the current Manger and shie is super kind and supportive.She helped me to apply to government programs to ensure their room and board is covered.She takes time out of her own day to check in with residents and family of residents when she doesn't have it just shows she truly loves what she does.2 months in still happy with the all inclusive price and the quality of care.Not the easiest decision to make,by the best one I made yet.To have people who really care helping to provide my parents with quality life as they age.I am happy and so are they.

Big Rapids Fields is a lovely, clean and friendly assisted living community tucked into a quiet part of Big Rapids. The team there is amazing in the care they provide their residents. The administrator, Tasha is always providing education to her team to ensure they are providing high quality care to the residents they serve. You can truly tell she has a heart for this community, her residents and her position as the leader of the building. There is always something fun going on!

I am in this facility daily visiting/caring for my Grandmother. She has been a regular resident, as well as in memory care briefly. The staff are excellent with care, daily needs and are very accommodating. They always treat me with respect and compassion when necessary. The administrative staff are amazing in hearing any concerns and dealing with them in a timely manner. These girls rock! They wear many hats! The kitchen staff are stellar and so caring! The activities here are fun! Whether it be music, bingo, service dogs or events etc. I’m thankful we chose BR Fields for our elderly family members care!

I visit this facility at least twice a week. It is always tidy, atmosphere is warm, and almost always greeted with a smile. The new management has really turned things around and now I have much more confidence that my people are being well taken care of!!

Finding a memory care for an elderly parent is hard. I viewed several memory care facilities before making a decision and decided on Big Rapids Fields. I am so happy with my choice. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the clients needs and the facility is very clean. I stop by frequently unannounced, and I have been so happy that the level of care is the same rather they know I’m coming by or not. I am so happy to know my dad is getting a great level of care 24/7. I feel relieved knowing that management holds the staff to the highest level of accountability. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care, definitely keep them in mind. You won’t be disappointed.
