Big Sky Senior Living On Waterford Way

My father lived in independent living, first floor dependent living, and memory care at Big sky. They do a good job with independent living. First floor unacceptable situations occurred. Majority of staff unqualified. Just because they are a med tech doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. If you keep your eyes and ears open and be aware of what is happening, then first floor living is OK. The reason for my one star rating is memory care. A part of the building is closed off for MC. It was the worst. First, do not let them talk you into sharing a room with another resident. Things got stolen, it smelled, at times the food was leftovers or peanut butter and jelly because they ran out of the main entrees in the main dining hall. The majority of med techs unqualified, and they were understaffed. Kudos to Marie, the nurse, who has knowledge and showed compassion and love. She was the best! If you care at all for your loved one do not put them here. Trust me there are other better places. The price you have to pay is not worth it. Hopefully Big sky Senior living will take these comments to heart and try to improve. One wants to leave your building, knowing that our loved ones are in good hands.

Big Sky on Waterford is the definition of hospitality. The care and support you are welcomed with makes you feel right at home. The impact our community has had on my life is truly remarkable. I’m blessed to be a part of this blossoming family❤️

I recently visited Big Sky Senior Living and was so impressed! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and you could feel the genuine care they have for the residents. The community was bright, clean, and inviting, with so many activities and smiles all around. It’s clear this is a place where seniors can truly feel at home. A wonderful community that I’d gladly recommend to anyone!

My mom is an independent living resident. The majority of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nicole welcomed her and included her in activities since day 1 and mom is able to utilize opportunities for social interactions. Mom appreciates the opportunity for exercise classes, walks and gym time. Concerns and praises with meals have been voiced. When visiting, always greater and treated with kindness. Piper and Erin were quite helpful with several tough situations. I'm at ease knowing mom is in a safe and caring environment.

Wonderful home for the residents! Dedicated people who genuinely care for all the residents and team members alike. Lots of activities, fun, events, and outings available for all residents. Big Sky on Waterford is full of caring people, who serve people and improve lives each and every day.
