Birch Creek was so wonderful to work with. Full of kind caring people from administration, nurses, cna”s, activity directors and food service workers. We will forever be grateful for their help during a difficult season.

My dad needed a place to go when the hospital said there was nothing more they could do for him. Birch Creek Assisted Living took him in and provided loving care and comfort for him as he lived out his remaining days. Our family is grateful for the care their staff provided him and the kindness they showed to us. I recommend them to anyone seeking a warm, friendly place to convalesce.

Our experience at Birch Creek was superior. The staff provided exceptional care for my parents, consistently attending to their every need with kindness and compassion. The cuisine was consistently appetizing and delectable. Chris, the director, promptly addressed all of my inquiries and concerns, including my initial call. Although there were no rooms available for two residents at the time, he efficiently arranged for a spacious room to accommodate two individuals within a few days. I have nothing but high praise for the positive experience we had there. I highly recommend Birch Creek if you are seeking assisted living for your loved one.

Birch Creek Assisted Living has given exceptional care for my grandparents. I was first so impressed with the nice hotel feel of the facility. But what has been the most important thing is how well taken care of my grandparents have been. Their staff is attentive, their food is amazing, and they always go the extra mile to make every occasion feel special. For example, my grandpa is a retired fireman, and so on his birthday they had the local fire station bring their truck and be able to look at the equipment and talk to the firemen. They always made amazing custom birthday cakes too. They really make sure to integrate the residents families into the activities and holiday festivities. Birch Creek really goes above and beyond.
