Don't try to reach there on a weekend, or Google the place.. the phone don't ring, call the building your family is in ... good luck trying to get them to answer the phone.. new owners... changed alot.. no communication from this place..

My Father Ernie was at Birch Haven for 3 years he received excellent care,the staff was responsive to his needs and very caring. Staff members have even visited my father who is in a nursing home now after he left the facility!. We highly recommend this facility.Randy and Sue Spangle

It's an average senior living place. What can be said about such places? The staff is very nice.
