They pretty cool and laid back

The best thing we ever did was to sell our Birchwood Condo. The association board exists to serve its officers and their pals. The property management company is amateur at best. We won’t miss the nonsense and drama.

I use to live there, and everyone was pretty respectful, pretty kind, and things were not out of sort. Recently, my girlfriend’s family lives there, and we’ve only been to the pool maybe 3 times and have been nothing but harassed, and disrespected.

Best place to live. Awesome neighbors, quiet, clean. Great pool.
