The manger Hope is amazing. She goes above and beyond to solve issues. I don’t care what assisted living facility you go to you will have some issues but it’s what the staff does to correct the issue.. that’s what counts! Hope treats everyone with respect and dignity!

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living center. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and compassion from the staff. They treat every resident like family with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and full of life, with activities that keep residents engaged and happy. The nursing and caregiving team go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are met, and communication with families is excellent. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such capable and caring hands. If you’re looking for a place where your family member will be treated with dignity and love, this is the right place.

It’s the best place for your loved one, home cooked meals, amazing staff that cares for each and everyone of the residents, clean and feels just like being at home. Hope who is the director is top notch she loves the residents like they are her own family!!!!

My mom has been living at this assisted living community, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care, kindness, and love she receives every single day. From the moment we first visited, we could tell this was a special place — clean, welcoming, and full of life. The staff truly care about each resident like family. A huge shout-out to Hope, the director, who goes above and beyond for everyone. She’s compassionate, attentive, and always available to answer questions or lend support. You can tell she leads by example — her warmth and positivity shine through in everything the team does. My mom feels safe, loved, and engaged, and that peace of mind means the world to our family. I can’t thank this community (and especially Hope!) enough for creating such a wonderful home for her. I am very grateful and happy that my mother spent her last days in this facility, her home, for the past two years. She passed away a couple months ago. Since Hope had become manager (for most of moms time there) Birch Run Fields has become a reputable, trusted and caring place to have your much loved family members live. I could go to Hope, the manager, with any concerns or issues and feel they were properly handled. I was very involved with my mother‘s care, and I believe all my wishes for this or that in caring for my mother were honored to the best of each person‘s ability. Hope is deeply invested in the success, the comfort and care of her residents. Her team was always kind and caring and truly interested in helping the residents. Some of the workers that have been there a long time started to feel like friends. I was especially thankful for the extra love, compassion and hospice care my mother received in her last few weeks. I could feel even more love and concern, and it seemed everyone came around even closer to help and care for mom... and me too. Because of this, I was very comforted and at peace throughout mom’s last days. Kelly the hospice nurse was exceptional. I would highly recommend placing your loved ones here.
