Birchwood Retirement Estate

I have lived in this building now for two weeks. The place is dirty and in need of major repairs. The staff is always sleeping on the job and the menus are not conducive to any special diets that are required or following medication orders from doctors. The staff does not speak with the neccesary doctors that are the prescribed and are on contract for prescribing the medications. The owners keep their personal animals at the facility that have attempted to bite the residents and rubs it's butt across the floor. The blind in the Windows are broken and do not give privacy to the patients and the furniture that they provide is in absolute disrepair. The facilities like the showers, faucets and toilets do not function properly. This place has got to be one of th e worst that I have ever been to and do not recommend this center or Desert Rose Assisted Living center or any other buildings this couple own to anyone.
