BIRCHWOOD SQUARE AT CRANFORD (NJ20C003)

This place was recommended to me but the care was horrible. When my sister got there they failed to give her the medication she was on while at the hospital. It took them 3 days to get it. By that time my sister had a seize and became hypotensive and needed to be transported to the ICU unit at a local hospital. The therapist come in and see the patient is not responsive so they leave and say they will come back later. Needless to say the never returned. The staff they have is good but understaffed and cannot provide the care the patient needs. I would not go back there and would really do a thorough investigation on the facility. Just dont take a recommendation like I did

On wing 5 , sharon Murphy Duncan is the best Healthcare giver here, and anywhere. SHE IS THE BEST ! Birchwood Rehabilitation has an excellent physical & occupational therapy programs. Special Shout outs for Jackie, Tom & Jordan! Mary Birchwood's post discharge coordinator answer all my questions, concerns and was a big help with my transitions coming home

I'm leaving tmmw after staying here about 3 weeks, and the best part by far has been the physical therapists and occupational therapists! Specifically Jordan, Jackie, Sunny and Tom were all incredible to work with. They knew how to push me to build up my strength, while always maintaining a safety first attitude. Thanks so much for the effort from t hese great staff members!!

It is my mother the following Shout Out to Shannon Corbett: Shannon’s joyful attitude is always there even when she has those not so pleasant tasks. She makes your day start just right with her unique “Good Morning” greeting. There is nothing else like it in the world. God truly blessed me being on the receiving end of her extraordinary care.
