Both Mother and Aunt resided there. Everyone worked hard to keep the operation efficient and treated residents very well. Mother was there first and due to her experience our Aunt chose to stay at Bishop Hills also.

Decent place, no real issues. Seems like a very laid back place. I do think they could use more funding to get some new furnishings, like carpet and updates in plumbing, perhaps. Wish they could get regular housekeeping staff, and maybe get a small bus to take folks on a few outings here and there. I think they should let more people know about volunteering there. Not that many people know about the place in order to volunteer, donate, or help.

This place is very homey, with kind caregivers. The food is pretty good, but the way the residents interact with each other is wonderful.

My mother in law resided here and she always received the best of care. Staff are very friendly.
