Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living

We are so very grateful for Blacksmith Fork Assisted living. Both of my husband’s parents are staying there and we wouldn’t have them go anywhere else. The staff is always kind, and they treat my entire family like their own family. They were able to keep the care services and hospice services they had while they were in their home so it felt just like their care was continuing the same as it had at home. Nursing staff there are great as well. If your looking for a place for your elderly parent, I would highly recommend them. -AnnieO

My mom and aunt were both residents at Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living and the care they received there was excellent. It gave us a lot of comfort knowing that they were receiving wonderful care and peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to worry about them.

I performed a magic show here and it was awesome! All the staff were so nice and the building was so clean and happy. The people there had a lot of fun with my show and I loved them as an audience.

We moved our mother into Blacksmith Fork from another care center five days ago. The other facility was recommending a feeding tube. My mother was despondent and I believed if she wasn't moved, she would not make the week. Blacksmith Fork went above and beyond in helping us facilitate this move. It has been touch and go, but they actually had her up and in the dining room yesterday. Today she was actually feeding herself which is nothing short of a miracle. Jordan and her team have been incredible.

I see patients here often as an independent physical therapist. This is a new, super clean Assisted Living center. The staff here is especially great. I work with Bradley and Mary frequently. I’d have my parents live here if we had the need.
