BLAKE AT CARNES CROSSROADS

We did a tour of The Blake with Harlan. Harlan was so nice and very helpful with the entire process moving into the Blake . The women at the front desk( morning and night ) are very friendly and sweet . Maintenance guys are really nice and helpful also .My Mom ended up moving into the Blake mid- December. My Mom was placed into the memory care unit. The memory care unit is always clean when I visit which is a lot . Memory care patients sometimes forget to eat but the girls working there always come to Mom’s room and take her to dining area. Kristen, the memory care activities coordinator is so wonderful and very knowledgeable about memory care patients and what they need to keep them active and socializing. My Mom loves her. She is so good with Mom and I am very pleased with the progress Mom has made being there. Mom is sociable/active now and really enjoying the Blake . Kristen even sent me videos of Mom dancing and having fun which was awesome to me. Latonya works with Kristen and she is so sweet and both keep me informed about how Mom is doing . I don’t know all of the names on staff at the memory care unit but I will say they have always been so very kind and helpful towards me and always inform me about how Mom is doing .Mom and I made the perfect choice choosing The Blake . Mom is taken care of at The Blake and I am at peace knowing she is Great hands !

My Dad moved into The Blake this week and has been welcomed with open arms by the entire staff. They have all gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at home in the community. Mary Bethany has been amazing to work with. 🤩

Everyone at The Blake has been so nice to us and our mom! Mary Beth has answered all of our many questions. She has alot of experience and is very good at her job! The staff is so friendly and the facility is very well kept!

I recently had a tour at The Blake for my mom. Harlen was very knowledgeable about all the amenities that The Blake has to offer. We are moving her in next month and I know she will be very happy. I encourage you to go tour this beautiful community.

Me and my sister have visited the Blake a couple of times recently. Mary Beth is a great tour director. The Blake is a beautiful facility. Everyone that we have met are so kind and professional. Any questions or concerns that we have had have been addressed immediately. We are looking forward to experiencing more of what the Blake has to offer for our precious mother.
