I appreciate the activities they have in place that keep love ones entertained and involved. That provided extra comfort to me, knowing my love one would be well taken care of. My mom has enjoyed her stay at Summerfield of Redlands for almost 4 years now. The staff at Summerfield from administration to nursing to all amenities has been outstanding. Employees are attentive, caring and friendly. I’ve spoken to friends who work in Hospice and they tell me that when they arrive the employees are knowledgeable and up to date on the resident’s health status. I appreciate the time and hard work that every employee at Summerfield of Redlands puts forth to make a great care facility. Thank You Summerfield!

Summerfield has been around for years and years and has touched a lot of lives. I feel like the staff are all kind people and do their best to serve their folks.. I frequently go to the facility as a vendor/liaison and helped a musician who was there to perform today. It looks like she goes there regularly so that was nice to see. Keep up the good work all!!

The community is clean, welcoming, and filled with activities that keep residents engaged and smiling. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the emotional and physical well-being of everyone in their care. I am very grateful for the compassion and professionalism they provide every day. You would never realize how much of a hidden gym this place is and you can drive right by it. As soon as you show up everybody that greets you always seems to enjoy what they do which is a great first impression. I mainly got to deal with Rachelle at the facility who was an absolute peach. She really knew her stuff when it came being a leader in a facility and making sure that the pieces fit together perfectly. She has a very respectable staff and all seem to be well trained within the Memory Care. She is easy to get a hold of and very good at staying in communication, what more could you ask for with the facility to send your loved one?
