Not a fan. Resident care staff is decent but seem rushed for training leading to mistakes being made. The manager of the facility while decent at her job seems to treat the staff below her like they are actually beneath her. The building always seems to be short staffed having a high turnover rate for employees. I feel the employees are underpaid for the responsibilities place upon them and that the staff should be able to sit down and get to know each resident as a guest would in an actual home. I believe the residents would benefit more if staff was permitted to socialize with them and have interactions that were not just call light related. Overall while residents needs are being met I feel that the staffs needs are not.
